Tottenham Hotspur
What a sigh of relief is heard today from long-suffering Spurs
fans from all over the World.
And when the jubilation of their Champions League entry subsides, I think all impartial fans will agree that they have fully deserved their 4th place finish, or could it even be a 3rd place finish. I say this because, save for a few days with teams playing at different times, they have been in the Top 4 for the whole season.
Also, and whilst almost all teams can say, "If only", Spurs have a reasonable case to claim they let themselves down. With all due respect, they should have expected maximum points from Sunderland, Wolves and others, which would have at the very least, guaranteed Champions League inclusion weeks ago and even a concerted run at the title.
Maybe Berbatov will return to where he is cherished, now top flight football is guaranteed?
