Today was day 17 with Shaun T’s Insanity which is Pure Cardio and then Cardio Abs. I also did a little lifting on the bench and did some curls with the dumbbells. Today’s workout was extra tough today to say the least and it is all my fault. I learned a good lesson today. You don’t want to play with Shaun T after a long night of pouring back a few beers.(OK, like 10, LOL) Not to mention that.p90x those beers totally ruined my nutrition for the day. Then of course I had to have a late night omelette as well as a couple cups of coffee with sugar. Geez! I really blew it yesterday. That’s ok. The important thing is to hop back on the nutritional train as soon as possible.I am not sure how many times I can say that these Insanity workouts .p90x dvdreally are insane but the challenge is a lot of fun. These workouts really get the heart pumping. If you are looking for a challenging cardio workout then Insanity is for you.So the lesson that I learned for today is if you are going to go out boozing it up then do on the night before your rest day so you don’t have to feel like you a.p90x dvdsre dying through Insanity. Well it is Valentine’s and instead of buying my honey some flowers or chocolates I got here a nice pair of tennis shoes but I also wanted to give her a little something extra special or should I say extra hairy. Anyway, we decided to do Insanity p90x dvd today to celebrate all of the chocolate binging going on today. We did Insanity Plyometric Circuit and Cardio Abs. Good lord. These damn workouts are not getting any easier. I do the Insanity fit test again on Monday so we will see how I have improved if I improved at all.I was was feeli.p90x dvd setng a bit under the weather this week so I missed 3 workouts but I am going to pick up right where i left off. It is real important not to get caught in a rut or worry to much if you miss a day or 2. Just get back up and keep going. You can’t let one missed day turn into 4 that turns into 2 weeks.
