Please forgive the conceit but I told a friend of mine, an ardent Chelsea supporter, that John Terry was a time-bomb waiting to explode and that I predicted it would happen at White Hart Lane at the weekend. 

Why is he so overrated? No pace to speak of and no skill. Certainly no Alan Hansen or Ledley King. Why do we put so much emphasis on the British Bulldog spirit. I value brain over brawn every time. England Captain - what were they thinking?
