Team Administrator: Often the team Coach or Manager, team arranger

Team Telephone Number: This number is used to logon at the sportszone homepage and also to access the IVR (see below)
PIN (Personal Identification) Number: 6 digit number that is sent to team administrator upon registration and is used with Team Telephone number to logon at the sportszone homepage and at the IVR phone line

IVR: Interactive Voice Recognition. The Sportszone Communication Centre for all voicemail messages
