»What is the sportszone IVR phone line/number:

1. Any individual, whether he/she is a Player or a Team Administrator can, by dialling their Sportszone telephone number, leave a voicemail message for anyone else in his/her team, and collect any voicemail message left for him/her. Your messages can be left either for the whole team or for individual players. As with our web-based service, the sportszone phoneline is hosted on the most technologically secure platform available, this ensures that all data is kept safe and confidential.

2. When you first dial your team's Sportszone telephone number, you will be greeted, "Welcome to Sportszone and [the name of your team]." If you have registered with Sportszone as the Team Administrator, you will be invited to record the exact name of your team. From then on every occasion your team's number is dialled, team members will hear that they have reached your team within Sportszone.

3. When you ring you have to enter your PIN number and log into Sportszone, the service will advise you as how many New messages and Saved messages you have. The system walks you through how to listen to them; it's very much like using your mobile phone.

4. Once you have listened to your messages, you will then be presented with options to leave messages for either individuals or for the whole team.

Sportszone is very simple to use and each time a message is left, an SMS (text message) will be sent to your intended recipient's mobile phone, advising them that there has been a message left for them and also reminding them of the Sportszone telephone number to ring to collect the message. When you leave a message on Sportszone, we invite you to classify this text message in one of the following groups:

-Urgent Message

-Match Information Message

-Team Selection Announcement

-Post-Match Message
