»What Sportszone services are available through the Internet

1. At our website you will find a 'gateway' to the world of sport. Here we bring you sports news, details of kit and equipment and you will also be able to find links to many other websites in order that you can research your favourite sports. Like all websites, Sportszone is available to anyone with access to the World-Wide-Web, but only those people who are registered with us will be able to gain access to the Sportszone system.

2. Messages are recorded and stored at Sportszone's communication centre in a secure environment maintained by our technology partners. Sportszone uses proven and extremely reliable technology. A feature of the system is that nobody can access these confidential messages except the Sportszone users for whom the messages are intended. We also routinely police the systems to ensure our users do not, as the law requires, leave any inappropriate or offensive messages.

3. Within the Sportszone web site, authorized personnel, like your Team Administrator, will be able to register all his players. These registered Players are then able, using their own unique Sportszone Team Telephone and PIN numbers, to gain access to their team's details on the Internet.

4.In order to ensure the registration information kept on them is correct,ensure the registration information kept on them is correct, a Player will also be able to edit his information, should it need changing, 'live' and in 'real-time'.

5.Also by using the Internet, Administrators are able to generate specific text messages, which can be sent, to individual players or complete teams and squads for free. It is also possible for individual players to log onto the website and send messages to other players in the team (Please note, currently, all Sportszone messages are limited to a standard 320 characters including spaces.

6.Once you have written your message you can send it in two ways, to send a message to the entire team press the "send SMS to all" button. Alternatively you can select an individual or group of individuals to send a message to by picking the players from the drop down menu, to do this you have to hold down the CTRL button and select the players you wish the message to be sent to.

7.If you are concerned that your messages have not been sent then you can use our message tracking function, which allows you to check to see if and when your messages were sent. To use the tracker simply enter the period that you want to check and the message recipients e.g. messages sent between the 7th and 14th of August for the whole team.
